HAMFC members only, join our private 'Flyers Chat Group' so you will be kept informed about Important club news and can post to all club members.
We fly Radio Control of all disciplines including ic power, electrics and gliders The large membership has a great variety in both models and styles of flying. Club night meetings are every first Wednesday of the month at the Royal Naval Association which is beside the flying field.
Hanworth Airpark is a public open space.
The bylaws limit flying with IC powered aircraft to
Daily: 10:00 to 13:00 hrs.
Weekends 10:00 to 13:30 hrs. 01/10 to 30/04
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 16:00 to 18:30 hrs. 01/04 to 30/09
There are no time limitations for electric/silent flying.
No flying of any type is allowed when there is a published 'event' on the field, such as a rugby match, fun-fair or car-boot sale. Model weight limit (without fuel) 7 Kg
